i downloaded 1,0,2 as you said and then the error is fixed but the game turned into the first patch (without original names). i also tried to setup the patch for original names after the 1,0,2 patch but the error exist again. so we're not able to play the game with original names and without transfer market error now. hopefully you'll do something about it :(
i have another question. is there any possibility to translate the game in turkish ? if there is, i can do. let me know about it.
those who can't make any transfers, search the players on search section and add him favourite players list. then go to the list (finance -> favourites) and click on him. now you can make offer to player and his team.
I got same results with a different pc too. This one was a 64 bit windows 8.0. I think we will need a patch/update for this issue.
my pc is a 64 bit windows 8,1. some of my friends also get this error message. i dont know if are there any other people who get the same message but i can ask someone who play the game if you need.
