Dirk Nowitzki to sign a two-year $50 mln deal to stay in Dallas

As reported by Marc Stein of ESPN, Dirk Nowitzki has agreed to a two-year deal, worth $50 mln, with the Dallas Mavericks. Nowitzki will finish his career in Dallas and is getting paid for his amazing career. The second year of the deal is only partially guaranteed for 5 mln, Stein adds in his piece.

Good for him after he took a 65% paycut (leaving behind over 72 million) so the Mavs can create a championship contending team and the Mavs did absolutely nothing with it - again.
