The B Sample of the player was analyzed in Germany
David Hawkins's B Sample resulted positive again. Hawkins was positive for cocaine, as Turbasket reported.
The American player of Galatasaray failed an anti-doping test last December.
Hawkins will be suspended for a period from 24 months to 30 months.
