Galatasaray appealed on Hawkins' case, open second sample in Germany
The player failed an anti-doping test
Galatasaray appealed in favour of David Hawkins who failed an anti-doping test after the game against Gaziantep BSB last December.
Galatasaray asked to open a second sample of his test in Germany. The Turkish powerhouse claims that David Hawkins used morphine due to a shoulder injury.
Morphine is not a legal medicine but can be used if the Federation is advised pre-emptively.
