Galatasaray close to sign Carlos Arroyo

Carlos Arroyo is close to joining Galatasaray and the deal may be finalized by tomorrow, a source close to the player told Sportando. The Puerto Rican PG spent last season in Turkey with Besiktas winning TBL and Eurochallenge. As also reported by Ismail Senol, Besiktas and Galatasaray are close to find the agreement on buyout.
