Galatasaray is the front runner to sign Carlos Arroyo. The Puerto Rican PG is still free agent after his season with Besiktas.
Galatasaray is ready to make an important offer to Arroyo to convince him to return to Turkey.
Before signing Arroyo, Galatasaray will likely part ways with Jaka Lakovic, still in the roster, despite he is on the trade block since last summer. 
As reported by Ismail Senol, Carlos Arroyo would love to join Galatasaray.
