Fenerbahce is the front runner to sign Romain Sato

Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul is the front runner to sign Romain Sato. The forward will be free agent from Saturday when he will officially part ways with Panathinaikos and has in his hands the proposal of Fenerbahce.
Sato spent the last two seasons in Athens with the jersey of PAO winning the Euroleague in 2010. Simone Pianigiani, the new head coach of the Turkish powerhouse, wants the forward in the roster as one of the key players of Fenerbahce edition 2012-13.
CSKA Moscow as well asked info on Sato but Fenerbahce is in pole position to sign him for the coming season.
Sato would love to work again under coach Simone Pianigiani with whom he has spent four years in Siena winning four Italian Championships before leaving for Greece.
Sato averaged 7.1ppg and 4.7rpg in Euroleague with Panathinaikos while in Greek A1 he scored 5.7ppg with 3.8rpg.
