Fenerbahce made a three-year offer to David Hawkins?

According to Turkish media, Fenerbahce made a three-year, $4.5M offer to David Hawkins. The American player spent last season in Turkey as captain of Besiktas. Hawkins has played under coach Simone Pianigiani in Siena, winning the Italian championship, the Supercup and the Italian Cup.
