Banvit announced the signing of Sammy Mejia for the coming season. The Dominican forward spent last season in Russia with CSKA Moscow averaging 5.4ppg, 1.9rpg, 1.0apg in PBL and 6.1ppg in VTB United League. Mejia parted ways with CSKA Moscow a few days ago.
