Adam Morrison close to signing with Besiktas

The career of Adam Morrison will continue in Europe. Former Gonzaga standout is close to penning a deal in Turkey with Besiktas where Deron Williams shined at the beginning of the season, during the NBA lockout.
Morrison has played in Serbia with Red Star of Belgrade during the lockout averaging 15.5ppg and 3.1rpg in 8 games in Adriatic League. When lockout ended, Morrison left the Serbian team trying a comeback to the NBA.
The forward didn't get any contract and decided to return to Europe again, where he showed he can be a factor. Morrison won two NBA titles with Los Angeles Lakers. The deal could be official tomorrow.
