Mehmet Okur officially signs the contract with Turk Telekom Ankara

Mehmet Okur officially signed in front of the press his annual contract with NBA out with Turk Telekom Ankara. "The agreement is until the end of the NBA lockout. Of course we hope he can stay for the entire season" said TTAnkara CEO's Gökhan Bozkurt. "I promise I will give my best here as long as I will stay. I was really missing basketball and I am very hungry to play. I am very excited to be here and happy that also my former teammate at Jazz, Deron Williams, is going to play in Turkey" said Okur.
