Hacettepe lands former NBA player Sherron Collins

Newly promoted team in Turkish TBL Hacettepe signed for the coming season former NBA player Sherron Collins. The guard started his rookie season as pro with Charlotte Bobcats averaging 1.1ppg in 16 games. In December he was assigned to NBDL to Maine Red Claws with whom he recorded averages of 12.0ppg, 1.6rpg, 3.2apg, 1.2spg in 5 games. At the end of the season he moved to Lietuvos Rytas in Lithuania but he never made his debut, as well with Piratas de Quebradillas, in Puerto Rico where he signed but the team released him because he was not in shape to play.
