Besiktas Istanbul is close to reach an agreement with Virtus Bologna for Marcelus Kemp.
The Turkish team seems ready to pay $130.000 to buyout the contract of the American player.
Kemp started last season with Virtus Bologna and then moved on loan to Besiktas with whom he averaged 17.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.5apg in 15 games in TBL.
