Anadolu Efes agreed to terms with Tarence Kinsey

Anadolu Efes is close to penning a one-year deal with Tarence Kinsey. The American player spent the last two years in Turkey with Fenerbahce averaging 5.9ppg in TBL and 8.4ppg in Euroleague in 2010-11.
Kinsey has also played 109 games in the NBA averaging 4.7ppg.
