Ex-NBA guard Toney Douglas signs with Anadolu Efes

Free-agent point guard Toney Douglas has signed a deal in Turkey with Anadolu Efes, the EuroLeague club announced.
Douglas, selected with the No. 29 pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, last played for the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA last season.
In 8 NBA seasons, Douglas also played for New York, Houston, Sacramento, Miami, Golden State and New Orleans.
