Ergin Ataman: 'We told Smith's agent that we want to terminate his contract'

Ergin Ataman, head-coach of Galatasaray, is not a fan of Russ Smith's game. That's a fact. In the last month Ataman often criticized publicly the player, saying how poor his performances have been so far. Now looks like Smith is really on his way ouy of the team, as Ataman said during an interview:

"We told Russ Smith's agent that we're going to terminate his contract. We changed our system after Smith’s and Dentmon’s punishment. Actually, we were familiar to this one last year. We won the Eurocup with a system that focused more on defense and sharing the ball on offense. "
