Nenad Krstic got injured during Game 3 of the TBL Finals between his Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Pinar Karsiyaka.
While on the stretcher, the Serbian big man showed the middle finger to Pinar Karsiyaka’s fans.
Pinar Karsiyaka won Game 3 and leads 2-1 in the finals.
