Istanbul BSB agreed to terms with Sean Armand

Istanbul BSB agreed to terms with American guard Sean Armand, as reported by David Pick:

Sean Armand, a 6-foot-5 scorer, signed offer sheet from Turkish club Istanbul BSB, a source said.

Armand comes from Fraport Skyliners, where he averaged 12.8 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
