Anadolu Efes Istanbul pursuing Keith Langford
The American guard is targeted by Efes
Anadolu Efes Istanbul is pursuing Keith Langford for the coming season, according to Ismail Senol of NTV Spor and as confirmed to Sportando by a source wiht the knowledge of the situation.
Langford's contract with Milano will expire after this season and due to his new Turkish passport he will likely continue his career in one of the Turkish powerhouses.
Anadolu Efes Istanbul is the front runner to sign Langford who will first try to win Serie A Championship with Olimpia Milano after more than 15 years. Efes made an offer to Langford but it is waiting for the new foreigner rule to revise the proposal.
Langford is unlikely to stay with Olimpia after the season and there are good chances for the new Efes of Dusan Ivkovic to sign him.
According to NTV Spor, Barcelona and Laboral Kutxa as well are eyeing Langford.
Milos Teodosic, Nenad Krstic and Justin Doellman are other names on Anadolu Efes' agenda for the summer. Teodosic and Krstic are on their ways to leave CSKA Moscow.
