Anadolu Efes, Tadija Dragicevic part ways
The player left the Turkish team
Anadolu Efes Istanbul announced that power forward Tadija Dragicevic is no longer part of the team. Dragicevic had signed a two-month deal earlier this season to replace Kerem Gonlum, who was sidelined with a right hand injury. Gonlum has since returned to action. Dragicevic averaged 6.2 points and 1.9 rebounds in 10 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games this season. It was Dragicevic's first Euroleague experience after playing the Eurocup for seven seasons with Crvena Zvezda Belgrade, Alba Berlin and Azovmash Mariupol. Efes's frontcourt now features Dusko Savanovic, Semih Erden, Gonlum, Stanko Barac and Deniz Kilicli.
