Fenerbahce Ulker sign Kenan Sipahi

At last Fenerbahce Ulker reached the agreement with Tofas Bursa and became able to sign Kenan Sipahi. Sipahi signed a three-year contract. Last season with Tofas Bursa he averaged 6.9 points, 1.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. He's considered one of the most talented players in Turkey and will certainly call in 2015 or 2016 NBA draft.
