Olin Odirne agreed to sell rights to Dogus: a new powerhouse in TBL?

According to Trendbasket, Olin Edirne agreed with Dogus Group to sell the rights of the team.
The new TBL team will be based in Istanbul and former Turkish International Ibrahim Kutluay will be in charge of operations.
The rumor is that the new team will have an important budget starting from next season (20 million of euros?).
