The player failed an anti-doping test
Turkish basketball Federation banned David Hawkins four years for doping.
The American player of Galatasaray failed an anti-doping test last December for cocaine.
Hawkins was at his first season with Galatasaray with whom he signed a three-year, $1.5M per season deal.
