FIBA World Cup qualifiers (Europe): results of all games played in 1st round are valid for 2nd round

24 teams will qualify from first round to second round

According to FIBA Internal Regulations, the results of all games played in the First Round of the FIBA Basketball World Cup European Qualifiers are valid in the second round. Included the points got with the National Teams that will not advance to the second round of qualifiers.
