The proposal is for the first two windows (November 2017 and February 2018):
FIRST FIBA WINDOW (November 2017):
Tuesday, November 21: All EuroLeague games
Wednesday, November 22: Travel
Thursday, November 23: National team practices
Friday, November 24: World Cup Qualifiers (1st game)
Sunday, November 26 - Monday, November 27:: World Cup Qualifiers (second game)
Tuesday, November 28: Players returning to their clubs

Tuesday, February 20: All EuroLeague games
Wednesday, February 21: Travel
Thursday, February 22: National team practices
