Effe Biancoblu announced the signing of Tre Kelley for the upcoming season. The player changed three teams last season starting in Belgium with Telenet Oostende averaging 9ppg in 2 games in Ethias League. Then he moved to Chinese CBA where he has played with Guangsha Lions scoring 21.4ppg in 25 games and finishing the season in NBDL with Austin Toros with whom he nailed 9.4ppg in 11 games.
