Former Marshall power forward James Kelly has signed a deal with Levallois Metropolitans of the French Jeep Elite, the team announced.
Kelly spent the last two years in South Korea. Last season, he averaged 21.3 points and eleven rebounds per game for the Changwon LG Sakers.
