Strasbourg unveils project of the new and modern Arena SIG
The Arena will have more than 10.000 seats and should be completed in 2020
The goal of SIG Strasbourg is to be among the top 20 teams by 2020.
And the French team decided to start from the new Arena.
Strasbourg unveiled the project of the Arena SIG Strasbourg.
The arena will be a remodernatgion of the Rhenus Sport.
The capacity will be increased from 6.150 spectators to 8.007 and then to 10.100.
The hospitality area will pass from 1.000 square meters to 2.400 square meters.
There will be restaurants, services, shops around and inside the arena.
The project will cost around €30 million in the first phase and four more millions to increase the capacity to 10.100 seats.
The works should start early in 2018 and be completed in two years.
