Cholet Basket announced the agreement with the Puerto Rican PG Angel Rodriguez.
The rookie will play his first season in Europe, after the college years at Kansas State and Miami (FL). In his senior season he closed with 12.6ppg, 2.5rpg and 4.5apg in 33 NCAA games.
