Limoges CSP announces Randy Culpepper
The guard inks a contract in France
Randy Culpepper officially signed the contract in France with Limoges CSP. The American guard will replace Pooh Jeter in the roster of the French back to back champions. Culpepper comes from Krasny Oktyabr.
