Ivars Rihards Zvigurs announced on Instagram that he is moving to Elan Chalon in France.
The Latvian born in 1995 spent last season with BK Valmiera averaging 3.2 points and 1.6 rebounds.
During the summer, Ivars Rihards Zvigurs moved to BK Jelgava who announced that Elan Chalon already paid the buyout.
