Charlie Westbrook signs with Hyeres-Toulon in France
He played in D-League last season
As reported by Shams Charania, Charlie Westbrook, former Tezenis Verona guard, has signed a one-year deal in France with Hyeres-Toulon.
Last season Westbrook spent the training camp with the Heat and then he played in D-League with Springfield Armors.
