Before to see the 2014 Match des champions the fans attended to an exibition game between Spo Rouen and Basket Caen, NM2 team where the NBA star Nicolas Batum played basketball for the first times in junior teams almost 11 years ago. Decisive in a really balanced game (99-87 for the ProA team) the presence of Batum for Caen, that helped to stay in touch with 15 points and 7 assist in 28 minutes on the court.
Top scorer for Caen was Ian Caskill with 16+6 while for the opponents great game of Abdoulaye M'Baye (23) & Michael Thompson (21) with a 11/18 overall in the 3-points shot. Goog performance also for Joe Trapani with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assist!
