Boulogne signs rookie Sam Dower
The player comes from Gonzaga University
Samuel Dower jr. will start his pro-career in France, according to Catch and Shoot. The player signed a contract with Boulogne-sur-Mer and he already announced it via twitter.
He ended his NCAA career in Gonzaga University, averaging 14.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
