U BT Cluj Napoca announced the signings of Ermin Jazvin and Frank Turner.
Jazvin, center, spent last season with Rovinari in Romania averaging 12.7 points and 6.8 rebounds.
Turner was free agent after his season in Belgium with Antwerp Giants.
