IBBA informs Hapoel Jerusalem not eligible to register to next season because they chose Eurocup

Hapoel Jerusalem decided to play in Eurocup next season instead in FIBA Basketball Champions League.
And the team now may be not eligible anymore to register to the 2016-2017 season.
After IBBA announcement, Hapeol Jerusalem replied with a statement: "Regarding the IBBA announcement, the issue is under inspection".
