Panathinaikos made an official offer to EA7 Milano for Antonis Fotsis.
The Greek team offered to Milano $500.000 as buyout to be paid in two installements, one now and the other one next September. Onsports.gr is owned by D. Giannakopoulos, owner of PAO.
