Greek A1 postponed indefinitely. Until the leagues signs a TV contract. GreekLockout 7 teams voted in favour, 4 against, 1 blank, 1 absense.
Panathinaikos and Olympiacos were against (they need games to be ready for Euroleague). PAO GM threatened to join Adriatic League instead.
Very tight schedule awaits teams who participate in Euro Cups as the league must end earlier than usual due to Olympic qual. tournament.
The Big 5 of Greek A1 (Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, Aris, PAOK, Panionios) have asked to be transformed from SA companies to amateur clubs.
As an amateur club they won't have major shareholders, won't pay 45% taxes on players' contracts and will receive incentives from state.
