PAOK Thessaloniki announced the signing for the upcoming season of JR Giddens. The guard started last season in Poland with Asseco Prokom Gdynia and then moved to PE Valencia. But with the Spanish team Giddens did not debut because Pesic got really upset for the pictures the player used to post on Twitter about the food he was going to eat.

After his short stint in Spain, Giddens returned to America where he has played with New Mexico Thunderbirds, in NBDL, averaging 13ppg, 5.5rpg e 2.2apg in 17 games.
