Panathinaikos' Batiste, out for two weeks

After Aleks Maric, who is sidelined for a month, Panathinaikos is facing another injury which affects its frontline. Mike Batiste got injured on his leg during the Euroleague game against Union Olimpija Ljubljana and he will remain out of action at least for two weeks. The 33-year old center will miss the Euroleague matches against Efes Pilsen and Armani Jeans Milano and the Greek National League games against Aris and AEK.The Greens hope that both Batiste and Maric will be available for the big Greek League showdown against Olympiacos on January 8. Batiste who is running his eighth consecutive season with Panathinaikos averages 12 points and 6 boards in the first eight games of the the 2010-11 Euroleague.
