Peristeri signs Hammond and Tsiakos

Peristeri via its official website announced the signings of Clifford Hammonds and Georgios Tsiakos. Both player inked an annual contract.

Hammonds, who attended Clemson, spent last season in Turkey with Darussafaka Istanbul averaging 14ppg, 3.0apg and 3.8rpg. The guard has also played 5 games in Euroleague with Efes Pilsen scoring 3.8ppg.

At the end of the season Hammonds landed in Puerto Rico and played 11 games with Quebradillas Piratas averaging 14.2ppg and 5.7apg.

Tsiakos started last season in Latvia with Ventspils and then moved to Kavala/Panorama with whom he averaged 2.9ppg and 2.8rpg.
