Clifford Hammonds close to signing with Peristeri

Clifford Hammonds is very close to signing a contract with Peristeri, a newcomer in the best Greek league. Hammonds, who attended Clemson, spent last season in Turkey with Darussafaka Istanbul averaging 14ppg, 3.0apg and 3.8rpg. The guard has also played 5 games in Euroleague with Efes Pilsen scoring 3.8ppg.

At the end of the season Hammonds landed in Puerto Rico and played 11 games with Quebradillas Piratas averaging 14.2ppg and 5.7apg.
