“Zisis & Friends” Basketball Camp to be Hosted at Costa Navarino

Brose Bamberg player Nikos Zisis, a champion with every team he’s been with during his career, has been selected to host the annual basketball camp at The Westin Resort Costa Navarino in Greece, scheduled from June 25 to June 29, 2017.
"I am very proud to host the camp along with the aid of my former teammates with Greece’s National Teams, Andreas Glyniadakis and Nikos Papanikolopoulos,” said Nikos Zisis. “The camp will focus on the fundamentals of basketball and emphasize the proper balance between sports skills and sportsmanship on and off the court.” About the 2017 Basketball Camp
The annual basketball experience at The Westin Resort Costa Navarino has become a destination choice as it presents an enhanced basketball activity. Top level mentoring by established players and coaches contributing to the ultimate personal experience for a young child thru a combination of skills, sportsmanship and life lessons, in a positive environment that is appreciated by the entire family.
Costa Navarino is committed to offering unique recreational experiences in its state-of-the-art indoor facility and it originally developed the basketball program in 2013 to meet the needs its exclusive guests and, since then, it has attracted the participation of more than 450 children.
Past guest host players included Euroleague Legend Theo Papaloukas, James Gist of Panathinaikos and Brent Petway, formerly with Olympiacos. Similarly, past guest coaches included George Bartzokas (2013 Euroleague champion with Olympiacos), Dimitris Itoudis (2016 Euroleague champion with CSKA Moscow) and Yannis Sfairopoulos (2015 and 2017 Euroleague finalist with Olympiacos).
