Josh Owens announces his departure from Venezia, next stop AEK Athens

Josh Owens announced his departure from Reyer Venezia with a post on Instagram.
The big man is signing in Greece with AEK Athens.
Owens has played the last two years in Italy with Trento and Venezia.

 

as someone that has been traveling since age 14, the one consistency that i know is change. this is exactly why the last two years in italy have been so special. incredibly thankful for the time to have learned so much about this country and its cultures--to have had the time to simply live as an italian. as i prepare for the next stop on this journey, i know I leave a place that will retain elements of home. thank you to @umanareyer--the staff, my teammates, and especially the fans--for this most recent experience. constantly reminded what a blessing it is to be able to share this passion for a game i love. grazie.
