Chris Singleton and Panathinaikos were close to reaching an agreement but, according to Sport24.gr, the negotiations are stalling at the moment.
The big man has played with Lokomotiv Kuban and now is playing in China in NBL.
Singleton is not in a hurry to sign a contract for next year and Panathinaikos started to check other options.
