Aris fans curse at Diamantidis' mother, refs temporarily stop the game

Before the game Elliot Williams had something to say to Aris fans. After the game another incident with fans of Aris who offended Fotsis' mother who died a few weeks ago

During the playoffs game between Aris and Panathinaikos in Thessaloniki the referees stopped the game for a minute early in first quarter after Aris fans started to curse at Diamantidis’ mother.



Before the game Elliot Williams was stopped by his teammates after some word exchange with Aris fans.



After the game there was another incident between Aris fans and Antonis Fotsis and Pedoulakis when the fans cursed Fotsis’ mother who passed away a few weeks ago.

    Nobody claimed that this is not the reality in Greece. This is just rude and should not be acknowledged as normal just because it happens all the time in Greece.

    it seems that you are not familiar with the Hellenic reality. Unfortunately, it happens in every stadium and when the games are so crucial there is always too much tension and passion from the fans of any team. It happens everywhere in Olympiakos stadium, in Panathinaikos stadium where in the past used airguns against our players, in Paok stadium, but the most silent of all are the ARIS fans.....Believe me for that
