Vince Hunter officially signs with Panathinaikos

No reason to waive Feldeine.
He has been really tired in top-16 because he had to average 30 minutes per game.This is going to change with Haynes and Williams joining the team.


As for Hunter, Pao desperately needed energy and athleticism for his frontcourt

If you make hard defense you have to have a 5 number player who can protect rim also has quick feet. Look olympiakos they are best defensive team for years and they always have a center with quick feet and can protect rim(hunter,hines etc). Also teams need a 3,5 number athletic player, able to stay infront of small players and playable at small and power forward such as petway, quincy miller, dj strawberry.

Change Feldeine with a really scoring s.g. would be a great move but they needed somebody inside coz Radulica is very slow in defense,Gist covers 4(Fotsis can't defende any more,he only shoots 3's) and Kuzmic is not a basketball player.

Reasonable move.Gives The Greens athletism, rim protection,rebounds,great defense to 3-4-5(he's very versatile in defense) and points.But he has very little time before the crucial games come and he's young and inexperienced at such level.Οψόμεθα...

i meant instead raduljca and kuzmic. They can't protect rim also when one of them inside the game pana can't make hard defense because after the switches radu and kuzmic can't stay infront of small player their feet are so slow. If he plays with gist in the same time pana can be more aggresive a defense. I don't know vince hunter can be adapte to euroleague but pana needs a player like this

Would he do something that Gist cannot do ? No, he would not ! Another wrong move, they should have waived Feldeine and find a decent shooting guard with consistent 3 point shot.

Pao finally took a big man who can jump. Looks like match with Fenerbahce will be more exciting
