Aris lands big man Jamelle Hagins

Aris Thessaloniki strengthened its froncourt by signing center Jamelle Hagins to a one-year deal on Wednesday. Hagins (2.06 meters, 24 years old) arrives from VAP Kolossos Rodou, where he averaged 9.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 28 Greek League games last season. He has also played for Chorale de Roanne Basket of France and Rio Grande of the D-League since finishing his college career at the University of Delaware (NCAA). An accomplished shot blocker, Hagins is set to make his Eurocup debut with Aris next season.
