Panathinaikos finalized deal with Janis Blums

Panathinaikos has agreed to terms with Latvian guard Janis Blums and this is the reason that pushed the team to blow up the deal with Kristaps Valters, according to David Pick:

Blums comes from BC Astana Tigers, where last season he averaged 10.5 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game in VTB United League.
