Panathinaikos eyeing K.C. Rivers and Jon Stefansson

Panathinaikos Athens is looking to a shooting guard to strengthen their backcourt and add points. Two names are at the forefront: American K.C. Rivers and Icelandic Jon Stefansson, source close to the situation told Sportando.

Panathinaikos didn't already present an official offer because they are evaluating all the terms, but one of this two will be next guard of the Greek team. The list of candidates doesn't have more names.

Stefansson played last season in Spain with CAI Zaragoza and averaged 7.5 points with 40% from three-point line.

K.C. Rivers played in NBA D-League with Reno Bighorns and averaged 15.8 points, 4 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.
